Fire
In an emergency dial 111
- Keep calm.
- Assist anyone in immediate danger.
- Evacuate if necessary.
- Follow instructions from wardens or emergency services.

If there is a fire
- Immediately alert those in the building.
- Staff with specific responsibilities in an emergency carry out their duties.
- Call 111.
- Close doors if safe to do so.
- Follow the evacuation procedure, assisting patients where necessary.
- Remain outside until all-clear given by emergency services.
Do not attempt to put the fire out unless it is safe to do so.
